Applied online and talked to manager in-branch. Eventually got the call for an interview. Initially asked basic questions. Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to work here? How will you benefit customers? Previous work experiences. Convince me about the advantages of a specific service. Got a call few weeks after the first interview for a second interview. Similar to first interview but with different person.
