Interview
The whole process took about 3 weeks from first interview to offer of employment. I had a quick initial interview with two managers before completing a standard behavioural assessment online. I was contacted a week later for a longer interview with the same managers to clarify some answers from the assessment, along with some standard sales and customer service questions.
Situational questions like: Have you dealt with very demanding clients / conflict between colleagues / conflict between colleagues and clients? How did you handle them?

I applied online and then I was emailed an online assessment which had around 200-300questions. later they invited me for an online video interview which involved recording yourself and answer few questions. once I cleared that I was invited for a telephone round which involved an interview with the Hr manager. Lastly was the panel interview

Applied online, received an assessment test to complete, after that Telephonic interview and within 2 days In person interview- Interviewer was Ana -Toronto
she is the best, very friendly and patience and professional. Most of the questions were behavioural question interview lasted 56 minutes
