TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

A brief overview of yourself and past job experience is asked. Difference scenarios will be given on how to conduct sales and engage in leads. They will ask if you are comfortable with producing sales and reaching quotas.Very team spirited company and it shows the minute you walk into any of their branches. Overall a very nice bunch of group including management in both branches I worked at.
