First got phone interview and after that week panel interview....we were around 21 candidates in panel interview,manager divide us in four group for presentation and beside that one by one personal interview...people who took our interview they were really nice and supportive...

This interview was truly a behavioural interview, as they prioritize fit and ability to be able to coach / train you. Through all the questions it is noted that they do present situational questions to see how you would behave / react in situations involving clients, team members, others.

Quick general phone interview, formal phone interview, In branch interview. About an hour in length, managers very friendly and understanding. Comfortable atmosphere and easy to understand questions that were to the point.
