Interview
My interview went smoothly. It was divided into two parts, the first about the job, wage, benefits and so on. The second, the interviewer asked me to talk about myself, asked about previous jobs and made me two behavioural questions. It felt more like a talk than an interview, I was glad it was not a nerve-wracking experience.

Interview
This is the interview process I did with TD Insurance in Halifax. I did a telephone interview first which was more positive than the WebEx interview. For the WebEx interview two guys were interviewing me, one of the guys was wearing a hoodie. This showed me right off the bat that obviously he didn’t think this interview was important. Also one of the first questions he asked me was where else have I applied and that he could put a good word in for me at TD bank. Even though I was interviewing for a position at TD insurance, so that set the tone of the interview as being more negative. It made me feel discouraged at the beginning of the interview as I thought it was a weird thing to say and it made me think I didn’t get the job.
