TD Insurance Advisor interview questions

Firstly, there was a one-one interview then after a week was asked to complete a phone simulation and online assessment. The interviewer is a line manager and he was very friendly.

I applied using the TD Career Site. I got an email inviting me to do an assessment within 2days. I was not able to open the document. I emailed the help desk technician about the issue. He did not respond. I got a call from the recruiter who advised me he will resend the assessment. I completed the assessment. I was called 24hrs after to schedule an interview. I was successful with the telephone interview. A personal interview was schedule with the team managers. I was notified the following day of my conditional offer. This process was 3 consecutive days.
