Interview
I went to td bank and handed in my cv in person to the hiring manager there. Then, I got an interview on the spot. The question that they asked was very basic questions, and the manager told me she was going to let HR manager contact me the next day. And the next day, I got an email for the hr manager saying that i will have an interview the next day. My interview went fairly well and eventually i got the job.

Interview
Process took almost 4 weeks. Applied online, 3 days later took the online assessment, 3 days later did the phone interview, and 1 week later had an in-person interview at a local bank. I was told that I was the first of several candidates to be interviewed.
Although I did not receive an offer my experience would have been positive if they had called me to inform me that they had decided on another candidate, as they mentioned they would. I halted my job search for 2 weeks because this was my ideal bank and location to work at and I knew I would be expecting a call. I understand that these managers are very busy with their jobs, but not following up with a candidate to inform them of your decision can be very stressful for the individual.
Everyone who handled my interview, from the phone interview to the in-person interview, was very kind and professional. I was nervous but did not feel intimidated at any point. Although this experience ended negatively I do hope to work at TD and will continue applying.
My only advice is: do not stop applying simply because you receive an in-person interview, even if they inform you they will follow up. Good luck to all the candidates still searching.
