I applied online. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Denver, CO) in Oct 2020
Interview
Five Part Interview Stage. First you meet with an HR recruiter, then you meet the hiring manager, and then you interview with some team mates and other engineers. Overall pretty standard in terms of coding challenges and knowledge checks. Very laid back and easy to talk to.

Question 1
Describe yourself and talk about what you like to do for fun. Can you talk about a project that really challenged you?
There were a couple calls with recruiters and a coding assessment leading up to the actual interview which was ~4 hours. 1 hour intro, 90 minutes behavioral, 90 minutes coding. They send you a choice of coding challenges just before the interview so that you can think a little and pick one, but they forgot to send mine and the other candidate's who was interviewing that day. Both portions of the interview went well, but I never heard from anyone again. I even reached out to th recruiters with which I'd perviously spoken and got 0 response.
