Interview
I applied online through website. Store manager contacted me within a day or two after application to set up interview. Interview was mostly behavioral and situational questions. After my interview manager stated that i pretty much have the job and to expect additional paper work to fill out within the next week or so. Completed required paper work and got an offer a week after. The whole process took no more than two weeks.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Sep 2014
Interview
I applied online through the website and didn't even begin the questionnaire. I got a phone call 2 days later. When I got there the two managers started asking me questions and as soon as they realized I didn't have ANY retail experience they sent me home. Kinda lame that they brought my spirits up but hasn't even checked my application for experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Dothan, AL) in May 2014
Interview
I received a phone call the day after I applied and had a quick phone interview. The questions during the phone interview were the regular questions you would expect from a live interview. I was then given a second live interview, but the questions that were asked during this interview were very odd. The questions during the phone interview were along the lines of "How would you describe the benefits of the Samsung Galaxy S5?" and "Describe a time you were working with an angry customer and what was the outcome?". The live interview seemed like they ran out of the relevant questions and were picking from the irrelevant ones. There was always a long pause where she was searching for a question.
