I got a phone call and they did not even know if i was supposed to have an interview or not. I went in for the interview and the manager seemed pretty cool. Then he started asking me questions but wasnt even paying attention to what i was saying.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Try to sell me the phone you have right now with you
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2015
Interview
The hiring process was long and drawn, the background check was very in depth and took nearly a week to process. I had my first interview and it went very well be sure to be confident and sell yourself, I was immediately scheduled for a second interview with a store manager in a second location same interview set up. After a few days I got an email about my background check. It took about a day to gather the information and make 100% certain that it was correct, as soon as it cleared a week or so later I was contacted to start training right away but I had already accepted another offer from a different company

Question 1
Tell me a time when you had to make a tough decision
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile
Interview
First of all, the application process for this company is way too long , almost 3 hours to complete a single application for a SALES position,
Second, i think they should change all the application process , the applicant spends a lot of time answering questions that probably will be better in a second step of the application process.
