Interview
Employer simply asks if you've been in retail before and asks you questions to see if you qualify for the job. It wasn't hard, as long as you have a good personality and show that you can be charismatic with customers you will be fine.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Raleigh, NC) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very quick and to the point. Was able to be very comfortable amongst the interviewer wasn't an issue and it's a very open and friendly work staff to look forward to dealing with. They asked very simple, character based questions that required little thought to answer. The process is quick as to how it actually takes from interview to training. It took one day to get a call for interview, I was filling the background info out by the night and now that it's after Black Friday, I'll be able to start training and make the last holiday rush of Christmas.
