Interview
"Hiring Fair" with a panel interview. Was a round robin of questions with each of us receiving the same question before moving on to the next question. Was a bit disconcerting for an entry level part time position. After about 5 days I received a call to interview with the store manager and their assistant at the store they wanted to put me in. I answered the same questions again and was offered a job later that day. The hiring process after that is extremely frustrating as the background check is a horrible experience and the company continued to mess something up.
