I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Newport News, VA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Some people get lucky with just one interview, others have upwards of 4 or 5. I had two in-person and one phone interview, mainly bc I didn't fit the position I applied for so they were debating on a different position.

Question 1
How much do you know about metrics? (ex: quotas, etc.)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Westminster, MD) in Jun 2015
Interview
Online application, interviews process was long and waiting for follow ups. Had to check back in multiple times with management for status updates and the process. The whole process seemed obscure. Like one hand didn't talk to the other while I was in between being hired and trained. I've heard from other employees this was a similar experience. It ended up taking much longer than I felt it should have and I was stuck waiting longer that I felt was right.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (New York, NY) in Mar 2012
Interview
The interview asked a lot of situational questions as well as sales experience. They also went through my Resume to discuss my back ground and how it relates to the job. There was only one interview with the store manager. Then after i got the job it took a few weeks for the background check to finish. The training is very good when you start and gives you the tools to sell.
