T-Mobile Retail Sales Associate interview questions

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed with the Store Manager in the morning and in the same day (in the afternoon) with the Manager in charge of 10 stores, at MetroPCS (Kissimmee, FL). Interview with both of them was very comfortable and friendly. At the end of the second interview the Manager ask me if I have questions and requested me some documents to begin the process of background check. Despite having taken all my personal information, I never received a call from them to inform me of their decision. I feel that this treat to me was so impersonal.

Interviewed with 2 store managers. Very laid back, excited about their jobs and how the company is. Then did a role play with papers they gave me 10 min to look over.
