I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile in Oct 2010
Interview
I was able to get an interview with a store manager thanks to a employee referral, after applying online and being rejected. Have a professional resume and be prepared to talk about how previous jobs relate and have prepared you for the position. There are 3 interviews: 2 with store managers and the last is a phone interview with the market manager.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation when there is a customer escalation?
The process took 5 days. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Glendale, AZ) in Jun 2011
Interview
Let me preface this review by giving some background on me: I worked as a sales rep for AT&T (corporate store, not a dealer) for 3 years. Left to get into B2B. Going back to college full time now instead of part time, and switching from full time work to part time work. I'm in my early 20s, female.
I wanted to get back into wireless because I need to be working about 30 hrs a week now, and need something that is flexible w/ my school schedule. Decided to apply back at some wireless gigs because the money is usually pretty good (9-12 an hr, plus commission, anywhere from 600-1100 after tax per mo, YMMV). AT&T isn't hiring. Verizon wasn't hiring for PT. I didn't wanna work at a dealer/third party (corporate bias, I suppose). I applied for 4 different positions w/ TMO at 4 different stores, all part time sales associates jobs. This was on a Thursday nite. Took the previsor/personality test, got an email Friday nite saying that I passed and a recruiter will call me. Well, I hate my current job and need to start working somewhere else ASAP and I really wanted TMO. I decided to bypass the recruiters and go straight to the store managers. Called at 10 am, got an interview later a 230 pm, went in an did a review of my background, they asked basic interview/sales questions (ie: where I rank in my current sales job, difficult customer, experience w/ sales goals and how I hit them, etc). They said "do you have any questions?" and I said "Yes. When do I start?"
And I got the job. :D Ballsy, but if you want the position, ASK FOR IT. A lot of times, that alone will be the tie breaker, plus you don't have to continue interviewing and stuff if you do get an answer right away!

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to ask specific questions and listen intently to a customer, in order to meet their needs/objectives.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Brooklyn, NY) in May 2010
Interview
i applied online and went into a store to inquire. Met with the manager the next day and got hired 6 months later. The interview seems easy its all about the consistency in your answers both online and in store . Be open and honest and just yourself . At the end of the say its a retail job so before your allowed to sell.a.companies products/services u must sell yourself.
