Contacted me via phone after applying online to schedule an in-person interview. I was interviewed by two people (one asking questions and one taking notes) along with two other potential candidates. The same question was asked to each of us and each time the ordered was switched. Interview questions seemed very situational, i.e. "At your current job, have you ever disagreed with management?". I was contacted within 5 days via phone with news that I received the job.
