T-Mobile RSA interview questions

Called by a RAM to set up interview... interview was done by store manager and district manager panel. Offered the job on the spot, (pending background check of course). Overall the interview went well. Straightforward management and expectations. I would recommend tmobile to family and friends. I enjoy the work and the industry.

Lots of scenario and what if questions about customer interactions. They want to see how ambitious you are for sales. Also personality is key. May be done as a 1 on 1 or group interview.
