I went in to interview and spoke with management. Interview didn't take to long. Ended up getting offered the job at the end. Would recommend dressing up for the interview.
It was unorganized as hell. I had a total of 3 interviews, the location changed several times and the main manager just seemed all over the place. I ended up getting the job but it was a frustrating process and training is inefficient.

Interview
Competitive. Multiple Interview Process. The T-Mobile interview process typically begins with an online application, followed by a phone screening with a recruiter to discuss your background and interest in the role. If successful, you'll be invited to a one-on-one or panel interview—either virtual or in-person—where you're asked behavioral and situational questions based on T-Mobile's values, like customer obsession and innovation. You may also be asked to complete role-specific assessments or demonstrate your technical skills, depending on the position. Throughout the process, they assess communication, problem-solving, and cultural fit. Interviewers are often friendly and engaging, making the process feel conversational and positive.
