T-Mobile Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Process was easy and seamless. Difficult to get into the building. Security was kind and helpful. Interview is standard for a call center. Did a full walk around the building, discussed training schedule, and shadowed an employee.

Great! Everyone was very nice. Was told what was expected and salary expectations. Very simple and easy interview process. I interviewed for the part time role. I told them what my availability was and they worked with me.
