Straightforward retail type interview. Just highlight goals and metrics you hit at your previous job and they’ll usually go for you. They first ask Why T-Mobile so have a good answer for that and the typical tell me about situational questions.
Phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter talked about the internship program details including relocation, housing, cohort start dates, and sponsorship requirements. Then asked 3 behavioral questions about learning from mistakes, adapting to unexpected changes, and earning trust from peers. At the end, there was an opportunity to ask questions.
