Multiple interviews before hired. Had a group interview where we did activities together to learn more about the other applicants involved. pretty much had to present your partner to the rest of the applicants and managers and also had to present their ideal device for all their needs.

Many many steps - too many - got a call from their internal recruiter for a good fit. Then took another call from their Internal recruiter, then had to take an online test on Scrum methodology , then had a series of group interviews which ironically a member who ultimately decided I wasnt a good fit - one person out of the 10 I spoke to - was disconnected from the zoom call multiple times during the interview.
