T-Mobile Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Online application, HireVue one-way video interview, then 'day in the life' 2 hour process. Still waiting to do the 'dday in the life' step. Based on other reviews, final interviews can be performed same-day, and some people received same-day job offers. While I'm still waiting for the 2 hour 'day in the life' appointment, I feel pretty confident that things move more quickly after this step.

HireVue system is used for initial interview. Series of 7 questions- 4 recorded, 3 written/multiple choice. Questions were pretty standard for a customer service role. “Tell us about a time when you went above and beyond for a customer”. “Why did you leave/are leaving your current role” . “How have you handled difficult situations or customers at work”
