T-Mobile Customer Service Representative interview questions

Very relaxed interview session with management who was able to extend their concerns for new employees as well as what is expected. It makes the expecting more realistic. It was a good experience.

They have long online basic questions on how you would handle different things. It also gives question will your most recent manager says your blank and given four choices. The questions are so general that I don't get whats the point of it.
