I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Charleston, SC) in Sep 2013
Interview
The interview process was not very hard at all. The hardest part was finishing the online assessment. I only had one face to face interview before being contacted with the offer. I do know that some applicants actually sit next to current reps to listen to calls as a part of the interview. I did not have to do this. After receiving and accepting my offer letter, I was sent training info.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Salem, OR) in May 2016
Interview
I applied for the job via a friend. She let me know they were hiring so I went online and filled out an application and completed the first online simulator. I got a text (I opted in for text message communication) from my recruiter and she said they wanted to go ahead and do a virtual interview. I did that, which was a really cool process where they have you use a webcam to record your answers along with some multiple choice questions and some essay questions. Then I got an email for an in person interview. At the in person interview I went to the call center and got a tour of the facility, had the interview, did a role play scenario. My interviewer said he was recommending I be hired and I would hear back soon. Because of the timing of my interview it took a few days for me to hear back, then I got the email to complete the background check. That took around 5 days and then I got the phone call that I was being offered the position! I happily accepted. I haven't started training yet.
