I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Boise, ID) in Aug 2016
Interview
Performed online questionnaire and performance testing. Was denied within 8 hours of submitting packet. Not a big fan of this selection system as it leaves people out who may be great candidates for the position. With 6 weeks of training full-time I believe anyone would be able to perform these required tasks.
