T-Mobile Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

The interview process was great. It was done mostly online for screening and very flexible. The in person was great, the people are awesome. The want to make sure the fit is good for you as well.

I did not get a call for about a month after I applied. The initial call was brief. After being approved to take the assessment, there was about a two week delay. Overall it took three months to get an interview. The interviewer was prompt, courteous, and personable (sharing personal stories).
