I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Napa, CA) in May 2023
Interview
Once you apply online, if they think you’ll be a good fit a recruiter will reach out, if they don’t you will not get an email. Once the recruiter reaches out, they’ll set up a 30 minute phone interview with them to get to know you, and your leadership style and skills. This will determine if they would like you to move on to the next process, and they will tell you at the end of the phone call. Final interview is through zoom with 2 district managers. They ask you STAR method questions and it lasts about an hour. Remember to answer in DETAIL. This is not an interview you can wing and get an offer. You must do your research on the company and values, and have answer’s prepared pertaining to your leadership and situational questions. You must have experience in leadership to get threw this process. If you have experience, it isn’t that difficult, just tailor your answers accordingly. You’ll find out if they have chosen you in about a week. Then they take another 2 weeks to start you. So about 5 weeks total wait.

Microsoft teams interview with DM panel interview, lasted 1.5 hours with a second follow-up interview. One of the interviewers talked more than they asked questions so may depend on which leader is present and controlling the pace of the interview

Interview
Easy. It was a typical interview. I am not sure how else to describe it. I interviewed and had the typical interview questions that you normally get. I’m not sure what else to say.
