Starbucks Project Manager interview questions

The first round is a recruiter phone screen. If they put you through, next you have a hiring manager interview. The final round is an interview loop with the hiring manager and 3 others on the team. I believe they said these are each an hour, but I didn't make it to that round.

Friendly welcome and professional, meeting was held in the shop itself. I was offered a beverage on arrival (which I suppose you would expect with it being a Starbucks!) the current manager interviewed me and had me fill in some paperwork, the whole process was laid back and not too corporate which I liked.
