Starbucks Manager interview questions

It took a long time with the application and all the processes. I didn't like the fact that you have to include a lot of things, even though it's all in the resume, but in such a big company, if you want to apply for another position, you'll already have all the fields in your application filled out.

I was rejected for not asking enough questions about the company and sharing enough details about the questions. I wasn't told to go into more details or to talk about real world experience. I didn't learn about it until the rejection email.
