Group interview session- mainly about the company, ship life, job, pay etc . Individual presentation . The agency contact you by phone with decision .Apply for Visa . Do drug test.. depending on outcome you are given a ship assignment.

Ready for an interview for a Management Possition but the Corporate Manager came totaly unprepared for the interview. She did not even look in to my resume prior. After 45 minutes interview found out she is there for a kind of assistant trainee possition and total diferent job titles was used. The interview was a total disaster
