Ready for an interview for a Management Possition but the Corporate Manager came totaly unprepared for the interview. She did not even look in to my resume prior. After 45 minutes interview found out she is there for a kind of assistant trainee possition and total diferent job titles was used. The interview was a total disaster

there was a lot of questions reminding me of the way the interviews were conducted at least 10 years ago.
when about techincal issues the questions had nothing to do with the possition or with the reality of our times...??
