The interviewer first described their research project and then asked basic questions to learn about my background in research. I was also asked about my organizational and time management skills. I was given time to ask the interviewer questions in the end

Interview
This was the only time I've experienced a video interview. I am sure so many people apply to positions at Stanford so I understand why they would use a recorded video interview but it felt very impersonal audition.

It was straightforward. Applied via the website and HR contacted me in few days. There were three rounds of virtual interviews that took place in a month. took them a month to make the offer and another month for me to relocate to bay area.
