Interview
The interview scheduling process was smooth however after the interview no one cares to respond to your follow-up emails or even send notifications about the status.
I had 2 rounds of interviews, in the first round I met with 2 interviewers and both of them weren't well aware of the job roles and technical duties of the BA. They had a set of questions that they had to go over and they recorded my responses. It felt really weird to appear for an interview where there is no interaction and they just focus on writing down my responses for review.
The second round was with the director and again he asked the same questions. To be honest I was kind of bored and disappointed by the quality of the interview.
