I got the interview in 2022, so it's on Zoom. The interview process went very well. The community is extremely supportive. I can already feel the good community vibe in interview.

Question 1
There isn't a particular question. It's usually a very chill chat about science.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stanford University
Interview
Interview process was engaging and went well, until I was ghosted... I believe there were three or four rounds total, I made it to the one before the last one, which involved some research on their program, creating a slide deck, and giving a presentation.
I was told I would be contacted and informed of whether I was selected for the final round or not. I sent an immediate follow up and a one-week follow up - nothing. Never heard back, even several months later. Given that I spent a few hours prepping and conducting the interviews during an extremely busy week at my current job, I felt like my time was disrespected.
Seemed great - the people/team, the content, the organization. Unfortunately, the ghosting makes them come off as disorganized, self-important, or both.
