I applied online. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Cupertino, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process was not intimidating and went very smoothly. The store manager asked a few simple questions and then hired me. She first called me on the phone for a quick phone interview, then scheduled an in-person interview, where she interviewed me in more depth.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked how often I'm willing to work, and what would I do in certain situations as a test of integrity. (Such as would you pocket extra change that a person left?)
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Tempe, AZ) in Jan 2019
Interview
Interview process was decent. They asked me questions and I answered them. Very encouraging. i felt comfortable the entire time and it went smoothly. I would do it again.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Fort Worth, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied online through AllyO on the Sprouts career site. I met the job requirements and experience for a position in Receiving, and was texted 3 options for interview times. I accepted the soonest, 3 days away at 3pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and it took that long for someone to get to me- the first cashier I asked for help ignored me. Second cashier was helpful and told me to wait at a public table by the front of the store, which is where the interview was conducted. I was asked pretty extensive questions about my experience and theoretical scenarios, but nothing too difficult to get through. After reviewing my experience we decided I would be a great fit for the deli with management potential. I was asked to wait a moment, then told there would be an immediate second interview. I got the job within 5 minutes of talking to the store supervisor about my open availability. If you have a bit of experience and can keep conversation, the interview is pretty painless.
