Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

I've interviewed at two different Sprouts, but both experiences were rather similar. Basic questions about your background, job experiences, and, how they will connect to this current position. The interviewers also asked those generic "Tell me about an experience where you went above and beyond". I thought both interviews went well and the interviewers indicated that it went well, but I never received a follow up call or an email offer sheet.

pretty short standard interview was about 5 minutes. Very standard questions, like what does customer service mean to you? What do you feel you can add to the company? and what kind of experience do you have
