I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Fort Worth, TX) in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied online through AllyO on the Sprouts career site. I met the job requirements and experience for a position in Receiving, and was texted 3 options for interview times. I accepted the soonest, 3 days away at 3pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and it took that long for someone to get to me- the first cashier I asked for help ignored me. Second cashier was helpful and told me to wait at a public table by the front of the store, which is where the interview was conducted. I was asked pretty extensive questions about my experience and theoretical scenarios, but nothing too difficult to get through. After reviewing my experience we decided I would be a great fit for the deli with management potential. I was asked to wait a moment, then told there would be an immediate second interview. I got the job within 5 minutes of talking to the store supervisor about my open availability. If you have a bit of experience and can keep conversation, the interview is pretty painless.

The interview process is pretty informal and casual. You meet at the store location with the hiring manager and they screen your application in front of you. They ask a few behavioral questions and questions related to the role and then ask your availability.
