I applied online. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market in Apr 2015
Interview
I applied at several stores in my area and got an email about a hiring/job fair. When I got there I checked in at a table and they took my resume and told me to wait. I was there for an hour. A lot of people were waiting. Some for over 2 hours! I finally got called and had a interview with a assistant store manager who was very nice and professional. He asked me how my availability was and what kinds of positions I worked at my previous jobs. Since the store I was being interviewed for was over 15 mikes from my home and I had a store less than a mile from my house I wasn't hired. But he gave my resume to someone and then called up the store that's near my house to set up an interview because they really liked my resume and experience. Overall it was an easy interview.

It was very professional, very courteous, and I was told right away that they would be getting hold of me quickly if they were interested. no tricky questions.no psychological questions. very straight and to the point. It was one of the most enjoyable interviews that I've had for quite a while since looking for a job.I also wasn't made to wait until they found the time to interview me.my interview appointment time was the time that they interviewed me.
