I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market in Jan 2015
Interview
Was called in after applying months before, the person i spoke to on the phone said they had several positions open which made it sound promising because I had experience in all the departments they needed help. But when I got there the manager interviewing me seemed very unprepared and bothered I was there. He couldn't find my application at first and eventually found it and began asking me basic questions.."tell me about yourself", "what is your weakness/strength?" etc. However my application was slightly out of date (months) but he seemed to focused/worried about my availability even though it was for a part-time position. (wasn't asking for the whole week off or weekend!) It just was not a very comfortable interview experience i tried explaining that the schedule could be worked out to store needs. . He told me they had more interviews and i would know by the end of the week. I knew by the end i was not getting a call back.

Interview
A mixture of on-line, telephone, and in person, with little logic or follow up. Emails were not answered, nor were phone calls or promises to return calls. Three different people interviewed me, including the Store Manager.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sprouts Farmers Market (Walnut Creek, CA) in May 2014
Interview
Very laid back, mostly questions regarding customer service situations. The manager was excited to tell me all about how great the company was and the opportunities there is to be promoted. He told me that there weren't any positions open at the moment but he would hold on to my resume in case something opened up. He called me two days later and offered me a job at another location.
