Sprouts Farmers Market interview questions

Brief and succinct. Manager brought me to the back office, took a quick drug test, asked the usual job questions, and said they would get back to me soon after. Atmosphere was calm and friendly.

Easy and friendly, the manager was very nice and seemed very positive. He asked a few questions about reasons for applying, personality traits, etc. I was excited to begin working but was not trained very well. They hire a lot of people because there is a high turn over rate. Around five people left the store in the first month i worked there.
