Shell is obsessed about the "CAR" criterias, so study them well. And be aware of the fact that your interviewer is filling out a questionnaire during the calls - don´t answer the question as you were talking to him, answer the question as you want the interviewer to write it down in this questionnaire

I went to an optional In-House day in Den Hagg, was interested in applying so I then created a Shell Profile, uploaded my CV and cover letter to the website, did their two online assessments (one problem solving, one decision making) which took about an hour each (I also took the practice tests provided for each), then had the phone interview about a month later (1.5 hours), and then got an offer about a month after that.
