Shell Assessed interview questions

Telephone interview subsequent to submission of online tests. It lasted over an hour, with the assessor keen to push for more and more examples. Being armed with an array of examples that can be used in resonse to the standard "Tell me about a time when...." questions proved vital in doing well. There was a heavy focus on relationship building in order to achieve success, so all team based experiences are valuable things to metion.
