Sephora interview questions

A lot of people talk about group interviews, however, after witnessing a Season/Holiday hiring session, I'm thinking that "group" interviews are just for seasonal people. But anyways, very easy interview. They just want to know your retail experience and "people skills" and how they will benefit from hiring you. I will telly you right now, that even though you may want to start out in a specific area, they will make you cashier (which is normal of most retail positions) however, instead of being there for a few weeks, you may be there for months. Now, I got lucky because i was hired right before they hired for seasonal, so as soon as the seasonal employees were on the floor, they stuck me in Skincare where I wanted to be, but I've heard from others that they were stuck on the registers for upwards of three months when they started.
