Sephora interview questions

I was called in for a group interview, very friendly and upbeat interview. Everyone had a chance to express themselves. I went in with no make up experience amongst some amazing make up artists. i was quite nervous sitting in with people with experience but they made it a very equal and non judging interview.

group interview, asking about customer service, asking your passion about makeup, how it can change peoples lives. also mainly focused on jcp as in their credit card goals and their ways of how great and unique they are compared to other stores, also talk about coupons and sales
