I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sephora (New York, NY) in May 2016
Interview
It was very relaxing and comfortable. The managers were friendly and made us feel comfortable. They asked personality questions and one about store products. Pretty straight foward and easy questions.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Burnaby, BC) in May 2016
Interview
The whole interview process took 5 days, went by super fast! I applied online and the next day later I got a call from a lead colour consultant to go in for an interview and it went great! Right after the interview she wanted me to meet the store director/manager during when she was available and scheduled me for another interview. My interview with the store director was amazing, we connected really well and we enjoyed talking to each other and we talked for a long time that we lost track. She said we would call me next week to check in with the rest of the management team. Right when I got home, I got a call and told me I got hired!

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Wichita, KS) in Apr 2016
Interview
I applied online and got a call to come in for an interview immediately. It was a group interview me, and 7 other girls. It was pretty laid back but I found the interview question to be dumb. They asked us a different question for each person and sometimes they weren't even related to the job! & ironically the questions they asked me were not job related, about two were though.
