Interview
I applied online and I got a call two days later saying that my interview was the following day, and it was a group interview. Please show up prepared you want to make an initial good impression! After the group interview I received a call later on that day scheduling my next one on one interview with the store manager which was really easy she asked me why did i choose makeup and why sephora and also if i knew any background on sephora and thankfully I did! She was really impressed because not many go as far as trying to learn the background of sephora so there's a tip! Hope that helps!

Interview
I applied over a month ago and once i got a call back the whole process took about 3 weeks. I had 3 interviews all of which were one on one. They asked very standard questions me mostly about retail and customer service. They were pretty laid back. I got a job offer about a week after the 3rd interview.

Interview
Contacted by outside agency and applied through them. Finally got through to phone interview. One of the first things she asks is if this is still a good time to talk.
She kept asking questions about CMS experience and what exactly I've done. She seemed more focused on execution of the job and didn't know the difference between working autonomously or collaboratively. Most of her answers to my questions were quick but political.
She was pleasant to talk to, but throughout the hiring process, did start to feel insulted that she didn't think I could do this entry level job, even with training and learning the CMS that they use.
