it was ok friendly interviewer, nice office, no stress and made me feel comfortable. hope i can work with them as i like the vibe there, very friendly staff and girls
Very straightforward and welcoming. The interviewer asked about why I wanted to work at Sephora and my previous experience with customers. Overall, it was an easy interview with normal questions that weren't at all tricky. Just have some experience with customer service and learn hygiene. As well as have a sense of artistry when entering into the company. That or skincare.

What word describes you?
How do people describe you and why?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora in May 2019
Interview
The interviewer was nice and interested in my background. I was in school and looking for a part-time job. They loved my makeup skills and customer service experience and said I would be receiving an official offer within days. I then didn't hear from them for two weeks. When I followed up, the same man was very rude and said I actually would not get an offer, because I asked at the end of the interview if I could not work for one weekend two months away for a family wedding. At least they could have said no at the time, rather than leaving me waiting AND saying I would get an offer.
