I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Tallahassee, FL) in Sep 2014
Interview
It was a group interview with about 7 other women. It lasted about 30 minutes or so. Felt very warm and inviting like we were just having a conversation. The questions asked were very scenario based. "Describe a time when..." type of questions. Just be honest and let you personality shine through.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Sephora? Why should we hire you?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora in Oct 2014
Interview
I got called in for an interview, there was two management ladies working with me. They gave me 5-15 minutes (depending on how much I needed) to look around the store and be familiar with where stuff is and the products they had. I had to act as if I worked there and they came in the store looking for a gift for their daughter as a scenario. I helped them find what they wanted and then they told me all the good things I did and some things I could do next time. One of the managers said she would be hiring me and just to wait for a call, she told me what my pay would be and everything. Took less than a week.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Winnipeg, MB) in Jan 2013
Interview
Went in on a whim, (because it's one of my favourite stores) and one of the girls that worked there gave me an application form. I didn't have my resume with me, but the manager was kind and gave me a shot anyway.
The interview was about 10-20 questions, I was with another lady. I thought I did well, but I did not get a call within the week. So I didn't get a second interview.
Next time I apply, I will DEFINITELY bring my resume and see if the outcome is still the same.
