I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sears (Salem, OR) in Jul 2015
Interview
I received a phone call and a time was set for the interview. It started a bit late and there was some confusion about who was supposed to talk to me, but the people were nice enough. I was asked back the next day for a second interview. Again I managed to slip through the cracks as my name hadn't been penned in, but the employee remembered me, so it was cleared up quickly. Afterword, I was told that a decision would be made in the next week or so.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sears (Stroudsburg, PA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Most was done online with personality and general questions most retail jobs have to pre-screen you before you ever get an in person interview. Once you get called down to the store, expect to interview with the HR manager, store manager (if lead or above) and the department manager or lead depending on position.

Question 1
Basic questions; why do you want to work here, can you make it in during storms or holidays, etc.
Was pretty straight forward. Had to go thought two different interviews. I do not see why. But they will hire you regardless of experience. For a position like MCA I dont see the necessity for two interviews.
