Sears Senior Financial Analyst interview questions

Straight Forward.... But was not planned well. Didn't know what to expect ....but was able to answer most of the questions . Interviewed with 3 people, with the hiring manager and 2 team members.

There were 3 tiers of interviews. The first one was with a Senior Director of finance. The second round was with the Vice President of Marketing Finance and the third was with 2 hiring managers. Most of the questions were behavioral with some questions regarding skill levels with MS Office tools. A lot of time was allotted for questions regarding the role.
